Shipping Update:

When you placed your order, the product description noted that the estimated production and shipping timeline of 3–4 weeks. We're happy to let you know that everything is currently on schedule. We are currently about 1½ weeks into production, and everything is progressing as planned.

At the moment, your items are in the cutting stage of production putting us close to the halfway point, which we'll reach around this Friday.

Although our estimated timeline is 3–4 weeks, we're hopeful it may be even sooner. Our manufacturing team has been moving quickly, but we'd rather underpromise and overdeliver than set unrealistic expectations.

Thank you so much for your patience, your trust, and your support. We truly can't wait for you to have these pieces in your hands. We also have some exciting launches and new collections coming over the next few weeks and into the upcoming seasons, and we're excited to share them with you soon.

This is your first pre-order update, and you can expect another one around Friday or Saturday.

Shipping Policy Summary

Our shipping process is designed to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, with some specific guidelines based on the type of product ordered:

1. Premade Items (3-5 Days Shipping):
- If an item states it will ship in 5-7 business days at the bottom of the product description, it is a premade item.
- These items are ready for immediate shipment and will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days

-Please Allow our Denim Jeans to be shipped in 5-10 business days


2. Preorder Items (3-4 Weeks Shipping):
- If the item mentions it will ship within 3-4 weeks, it is a preorder item.
- This means the item is made to order, and the production and shipping process will take up to 3-4 weeks.
