SHIPPING
FOR ALL PRE ORDERS PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED.
If the item is premade please allow 3-5 business days before your item is shipped out.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is placed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. So please, keep in mind the shipping times stated above and make sure you are putting the correct address at checkout.
If an item is returned back to sender due to customer inputting incomplete address, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee to have it sent back to you with the correct address.
Please note, We not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
Please not we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery
Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process to avoid any possible mistakes when it comes time to ship your package.
PREORDER PROCESS
If an item is labeled in the description as a PREORDER, ALL customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions for the PREORDER before they complete their purchase. Details on shipping times will be listed vividly in detail in each customer's order confirmation which will be sent to them via. email. After purchasing a PREORDERED item, you are now fully committed to abiding by the PREORDER duration and will have to wait for the duration of the process to have your item delivered. For updates on your PREORDER, we suggest you follow our INSTAGRAM: @__trust_in_him where we will post updates every few days on the progress of your PREORDER. All emails about order progress will not be answered until the bulk order for that desired product is completed and shipped to each of the customers. Thank you
Pre-Order Update Policy
At Trust In Him, we value transparency and communication with our customers. As a small business, we understand the anticipation and excitement surrounding pre-orders for our February drop. To ensure you stay informed and updated on the status of your order, we have established the following pre-order update policy:

Regular Updates: We are committed to keeping you informed about the progress of your pre-order. Every 3-4 days, we will provide detailed updates regarding the status of February's drop. These updates will be accessible through our pre-order update section on the website.

Update Videos: In addition to written updates, we will release update videos on the homepage of our website. These videos will offer insights into the production process, highlight any potential delays, and provide estimated timelines for order fulfillment.

Order Fulfillment Timeline: Given the volume of orders and our status as a small business, please expect orders to be shipped out within 4-5 weeks (excluding weekends) from the date of your order placement. We are working tirelessly to expedite the process while maintaining our commitment to quality.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your package. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status and plan for its arrival accordingly.

If you are international, A DUTIES FEE may asked for upon delivery, please be aware. We are NOT responsible for covering duties and customs fees.
